Border Collies have dropped down to fifth place in the UK’s favourite dog breed competition – register another vote to take them into the lead!
Thousands of votes have been cast since our sister site TeamDogs launched the UK’s Favourite Dog Breed competition in association with Pooch & Mutt. Dog owners all over the country have been battling it out to support their best-loved breed.
Wales Online is backing Border Collies as the nation’s most treasured dog breed – last week, they dropped down to fifth place in the ranking.
They are currently competing with Greyhounds and Boxers for a spot in the top three.
Take your favourite breed into the lead and register another vote in the competition now.

Every Friday, we’ve seen the 10 breeds with the lowest amount of votes eliminated from the competition. Last week, the Corgi, Toy Poodle and Pomeranian all dropped into the ‘Dog House’.
